We will use variety Courier for delivering your order. and Postage is Australia National Wide Flat Freight Cost.
$12 for sending by Road, $20 for sending via air (only available for orders less than 5kg).

Delivery Time
Standard delivery within Australia is 3 – 7 working days (excluding Public Holidays and Christmas period) once payment has been received.
If no-one is available at the time of delivery and if your parcel is sent by Fastway Courier or other Courier, you will receive a calling card to organise another delivery time. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated delivery time however due to circumstances outside of our control your order may be delayed. Pioneering Trade cannot guarantee delivery time frames.
Acceptance of delivery
All deliveries will require a signature.
When you receive your package, check that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If so, write this clearly on the delivery note of the delivery acceptance form.
Please note that anyone who signs for the goods at your nominated delivery address will be assumed to be authorised by you to do so. This includes but is not limited to staff, colleagues, relatives and friends.
Return
Before sending any goods back to Pioneering Trade Pty Ltd, please read the following procedures carefully
to ensure you get your refund quickly and accurately.
1. We will not refund or exchange for below cases:
Simply change your mind, or Purchase a wrong item, or Damaged the item due to unproperiate use, or no invoice provided
2. Refund will not be raised on goods after 14 days from invoice date.
3. Claims for under supply (shortages), or incorrectly delivered stock (wrong items) must be
requested in writing within 48 hours of receiving goods, a copy of Pioneering Trade Pty Ltd’s invoice must be
provided.
4. Before sending goods back to us please send the request to
RA@crazytech.com.au and attached an invoice of the order.We will then issue a Return Authority Number and advise the return address. Unless it is Pioneering Trade Pty Ltd’s fault, goods will be returned at your cost. You will need to keep a copy of the return freight consignment details.
5. Goods returned without a Return Authorisation Number will not be accepted from the couriers,
so please quote our RA# clearly on the consignment note and on each shipping carton and
your company name.
6. Pioneering Trade Pty Ltd will start processing your claim once we received your return. If you have not
received our Further Notice within 7 days, contact our accounts department to follow through
for you.
7. Return for credit will attract a $20 restocking fee plus outwards freight cost. This Policy will
not apply to incorrect/faulty delivery made by Pioneering Trade Pty Ltd.
8. RA Numbers are issued “ Subject to the following conditions”:
If the reason for return is found not to be true or goods are not packed properly,
Pioneering Trade Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel RA number and goods will be returned at your expense.
